We offer one-to-one:

Training is tailored to your experience, fitness level and personal goals.
Our current private training options include:
• Single private session
• 5-session package
• 10-session package
• Monthly Private Training
• Premium Private Training

Unless stated otherwise, each private session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Private training advertised through our website is available in London only unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
The exact location is arranged after payment.
Choose your preferred training option on the XLR8 Club page and complete payment securely online.
After payment, contact us by WhatsApp or email to arrange your preferred date, time and training location.
All appointments are subject to availability.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
With at least 24 hours' notice, the session will normally be rearranged to another available date.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the session might be treated as used.

Unused monthly sessions do not automatically roll over into the next billing month unless another arrangement has been agreed.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.
Unless different terms are displayed before purchase:
5-session packages should be used within 3 months.
10-session packages should be used within 6 months.
Eligible purchases are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer rights.
