Shipping Policy

XLR8 Nutrition™ offers delivery to the UK and selected international destinations.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times depend on your destination and order value. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please provide a valid residential or business delivery address.

Do not use PO Boxes, Post Office branches, parcel lockers or unsupported collection points unless our checkout specifically confirms delivery to the selected location. Orders addressed to unsupported locations risk being rejected or returned.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown above are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays sometimes occur because of customs clearance, courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery details or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

LOST OR DAMAGED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For orders delivered outside the UK, please report lost, missing or damaged shipments as soon as possible.

Issues must be reported within 30 days of the purchase date where investigation is required under the applicable international carrier process.

CUSTOMS, VAT AND IMPORT CHARGES

International orders are subject to the customs, tax and import rules of the destination country.

Where VAT, customs duties or other import charges are collected by XLR8 Nutrition™ at checkout, this will be reflected in the amount paid.

Where charges are not collected at checkout, the customer might be required to pay taxes, customs duties, handling charges or other import costs to the relevant authority or delivery company before receiving the order.

For EU deliveries, the Import One Stop Shop, IOSS, applies to eligible distance sales of imported goods in consignments not exceeding €150. IOSS concerns the collection and reporting of VAT.

From 1 July 2026, EU rules introduced a temporary €3 customs duty per item for qualifying distance-sale imports in consignments not exceeding €150.

Rules differ depending on the destination, product, value and country of origin.

XLR8 Nutrition™ does not control charges imposed directly by customs authorities or third-party delivery companies where those charges were not collected at checkout.

Customers ordering internationally should check their local customs and import requirements before placing an order.

Additional rules and charges sometimes apply to territories with different VAT or customs arrangements, including certain islands, overseas territories and special tax regions.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Once an order has entered the dispatch process, changing the delivery address is not always possible.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or unsupported delivery address, additional postage charges might apply before redelivery.
